Theron Joseph Manley is a resident artist at Columbia River Creative Initiatives. He was born in Astoria, OR, and works with graphite on paper. His usual style of work is Flash art, Minority art. He has studied Art and Social Practice at CRCI. He stated drawing to learn more about shading to take that skill into becoming a tattoo artist.
